Virus Virgear. Salah satu virus lokal yang memiliki ukuran yang kecil, sekitar 17KB. Virus ini dibuat menggunakan Visual Basic dan di-pack menggunakan UPX. Ia menggunakan icon milik Winamp untuk mengelabui korbannya. Virus ini akan menggantikan seluruh file .mp3 yang ia temukan dengan dirinya sendiri. Ia pun akan mengacak-acak registry dengan mengubah beberapa setingan untuk mempertahankan dirinya, termasuk memblokir PCMAV agar tidak dapat dijalankan. Untuk itu, rename (ubah nama) terlebih dahulu file PCMAV-CLN.EXE sebelum dijalankan, misalkan menjadi 123456.EXE ………..

      stlh saya ambil dr situs clamav tuk permaslhn saya timbul lg permasalah yg lain.da warning cl_cvdverify is not valid.apakh pcmav setiap update slalu bermslh?.terima kasih

      klo ada pesan not valid biasanya itu update clamavnya korup alias km gagal mendownloadnya dg sukses. Biasanya suka terjadi klo downloadnya pake firefox. ulangi saja lagi. dan pastikan ukurannya sama dg saat km download.
