Setelah kurang lebih berjalan sekitar 2 bulan wordpress.org kembali merilis seri terbarunya yaitu 2.3.2 Aku mengetahui hal ini dari berita yg ada di dashboard wordpress benbego.com. Kalau dari wordpress.com tempat bernaung blog gratis kita mungkin terasa tidak ada bedanya. Secara otomatis terupdate. Kan mereka yg punya!

Apa yg berbeda dari seri sebelumnya yaitu 2.3.1?

WordPress 2.3.2 is an urgent security release that fixes a bug that can be used to expose your draft posts 2.3.2 also suppresses some error messages that can give away information about your database table structure and limits and stops some information leaks in the XML-RPC and APP implementations. Get 2.3.2 now to protect your blog from these disclosures.

As a little bonus, 2.3.2 allows you to define a custom DB error page. Place your custom template at wp-content/db-error.php. If WP has a problem connecting to your database, this page will displayed rather than the default error message.

Perbedaannya cukup banyak klo lihat link ini. Buat kalian yg tidak memahami struktur programming wordpress (php) rasanya akan percuma. Namun sekedar tahu saja perbedaan yg mencolok terlihat pada bagian warna. Bila berwarna merah berarti itu bagian dari list program yg dibuang. Dan bila hijau itu adalah sintaks program yg ditambahkan.

Well, untuk mengetahui lebih jelas perbedaannya aku akan ujicoba dulu dg Dongkrak server. Klo memang ok mungkin blog yg lain akan aku upgrade juga. Dan itu berarti saatnya back up.
